A woman held her five-year-old son hostage with a knife at his neck during a psychotic episode. The incident took place in the Bom Sucesso village in Coruripe, Southern Alagoas, on Tuesday morning.
The information was provided by the Military Police of Alagoas (PM-AL). According to the officers, they were called to the scene and found the woman holding the child in a threatening manner. The police were able to safely remove the child from harm’s way without causing any harm to the woman.
